Dr. Tagwa Omer hold a PhD in Nursing, from George Mason University, USA. A Certificate, Certificate of Quality Improvement and Outcome Management from George Mason University, Masters in Nursing Science (MSN), Community Health Nursing from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia, and a Bachelor of Nursing Science from King Abdul Aziz University. Certification on Essentials in Clinical Simulations Across the Health Professions. Dr. Tagwa presently is an Associate Professor and Consultant of Nursing, College of Nursing, Jeddah Kind Saud Bin Abdulaziz University of Health Sciences. Was the Dean for 11 years and Associate Dean for Four years for College of Nursing at KSAU-HS, Jeddah. Prior to her academic career, she held a variety of positions in clinical practice. She is a member then a Chair for the National Scientific Board of Nursing at SCFHS. Serving now as Chair for the Council of Saudi Nursing Licensure Examination (SNLE) at SCFHS. She is a member of several Committees and Boards at the National, Regional, and international levels. Dr. Tagwa has several publications on Nursing practice, Nursing education, and nursing leadership.
